The License Agreement below is applicable to all forms of content available from Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer.
License agreement:
This is a legal agreement between you, the end user (USER), and Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer.
The enclosed software program (the SOFTWARE) is licensed by Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer for use only on the terms set forth herein. Please read this license agreement. Installing the program indicates that you accept these terms.
Grant of License:
Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer grants to you the right to use the enclosed SOFTWARE on your computers.
Copyright:
The SOFTWARE is owned by Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer and is protected by German copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You are not allowed to distribute or modify the SOFTWARE without written permission.
Transferring:
You are not permitted to transfer the license or products purchased from Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer to a third party.
Acceptance of this license agreement:
By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to the terms of this LICENSE.
Disclaimer of warranty and liability:
THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Tobias Hunke/AbletonDrummer DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. When purchasing (as well for „0“ Euros/USD) SOFTWARE from AbletonDrummer/ Tobias Hunke (e.g. via the plattform „Gumroad“) you agree to be added to the AbletonDrummer mailinglist, where you will get informed on updates on SOFTWARE like this and other infos regarding Ableton Live and drumming. You can un-subscribe any time of course. Each email has send to you will have an unsubscribe link included. You send an email to abletonkurse@gmail.com as well, which states that you want to be unsubscribed.
